Matthew Woods has been a passionate supporter of charitable causes for over two decades, dedicating his time, leadership, and resources to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. His philanthropic journey has been shaped by personal experience, particularly through the health care challenges he faced, which became the catalyst for creating the Missing Piece Foundation.
Driven by a vision to fill the gaps left by traditional systems, Matthew helped launch the Missing Piece Foundation with the goal of offering critical support to individuals and families navigating life’s most difficult moments. His unwavering commitment to compassion, dignity, and hope fuels the foundation’s mission to be the “missing piece” in someone’s time of need.
In addition to his nonprofit work, Matthew serves as the Chief Sales Officer for Haaker Equipment Company, where he leads with integrity, innovation, and a people-first approach. His blend of business acumen and heart for service continues to inspire others to join in building something greater than themselves.
